    Absolutely the best street tacos in Western Mass. If you can find a better one for the price let me know. And they beat any of those over priced gringo tacos anyday. I cannot wait until the next time I'm in Springfield to have these tacos!

    CAUTION: CASH ONLY!!!!!

    Located at the far end of the Food Zone Parking lot, El Charro serves one of the best tacos I have ever had in Springfield and the best part is they are only $1.50 each! They use fresh ingredients and each taco (among numerous items on the menus) are made to order and are prepared in quick and timely manner! The gentlemen who run the taco truck are friendly and love to share their Mexican Culture through their food.

    My personal favorite is the beef tongue taco. At first, I was quite apprehensive about trying it because come on, who in their right mind would want to tongue a cow yet alone eat the cow's tongue. Well, I was glad that I adventured outside of my comfort zone and tried it, and it has become my go to taco whenever I visit El Charro. The way they prepared the beef tongue is SO TENDER in comparison to steak and each bit just melts in your mouth. Honestly, I wouldn't believe you if you told me it was beef tongue. Each taco is loaded with cheese, fresh tomatoes, lettuce, cilantro (WARNING EVERYTHING INCLUDES CILANTRO), and they are served with lime and their freshly prepared taco sauce.

    Great food, great prices, great service!
    The food is made pretty quickly so you never wait too long for your delicious food.
    Burrito is $7
    Tacos are $1.50 each
    Beef, chicken, and chorizo are my favs
    Que sabroso!

    Honestly it's the best deal for food around town.

    I just tried some tacos here for the first time. Delicious! Authentic Mexican food and so inexpensive. I drive by the truck a few times a week and decided to stop by today. So glad I did. I'm coming back soon for a burrito!

    Delicious authentic Mexican food at really good prices! Highly recommend if you are hungry and want a quick, yummy bite. Workers are friendly too.  Never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my food. I'd rather get this any day over taco bell.
